Delivery & Pick-ups
- Ensure that your purchased goods fit the intended space. We are not responsible if items do not fit.
- Identity verification may be required upon delivery or pick-up, including a driver’s license or credit card.
- Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for any delays.
- Cancellations or rescheduling within two business days of the scheduled delivery may result in additional charges.
- Delivery assumes reasonable access is available. If access is obstructed or if you are not present with ID proof, additional fees may apply.
- Protect your floors and internal surfaces before delivery; we are not responsible for any delivery-related damage.
- Additional handling fees may apply for stairs or other challenging delivery conditions.
- Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) items require self-assembly.
- Packaging disposal service is available at an additional cost. Otherwise, we do not remove packaging.
- During pick-up, our staff cannot assist with loading goods. Please bring appropriate help and materials for safe transport.
- Inspect goods upon receipt and report any damage immediately. Once accepted, we are not responsible for subsequent damage.
Payments
- Online transactions require full payment via credit card, PayPal, Zip, or Afterpay. Photo ID and credit card verification may be necessary for delivery or pick-up.
- Custom or made-to-order items require a 50% deposit. Online purchases, including delivery and additional charges, require full payment at checkout. Phone orders require a 10% deposit, with the remaining balance payable via direct debit, in-store, or Zip.
Cancellations
- Cancellations of made-to-order items incur a 50% fee, deducted from the refund amount.
- A full refund will be provided if we are unable to supply the goods.
- Soft furnishings are non-refundable unless faulty.
Refund Policy
- Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guarantees apply, including replacement, refund for major failures, or repair for minor issues.
- Refunds for credit card/EFTPOS payments are processed via bank transfer. Other payments are refunded through the original payment method.
- Refunds for phone payments may require additional verification.
Please note that due to the nature of our business and our collaboration with a range of third-party suppliers, we do not offer refunds or returns for furniture purchases for change of mind or incorrect selection.
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund or replacement in cases where the item is proven to be faulty, damaged, or not as described. This policy does not limit your rights under the ACL.
However, for cases where a refund request is based solely on excessive delay in delivery, the following conditions apply:
Refunds will only be considered if the delivery exceeds 15 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
In such instances, a $55 administrative fee and a 35% restocking fee (based on the original purchase amount) will be deducted from the total refund amount.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the above terms.
Warranties
- Supplier warranties cover defects as follows:
- Timber: 1-year structural warranty
- Lounge: 5-year frame warranty, 3-year seating/mechanism warranty, 1-year stitching/covering warranty
- Electric Recliners: 3-year motor/mechanism warranty, 1-year warranty on lights, USB ports, switches, and Bluetooth
- Warranties apply at our discretion for repairs or replacements and exclude damage from exposure or general wear and tear.
- Additional rights under ACL apply. Warranty claims must be made through our office or by mailing our Warranties Officer. Customers are responsible for claim costs.
Proof of Purchase
- Proof of purchase is required for refunds, exchanges, repairs, and warranty claims. Please retain invoices and receipts, as our records are limited.

- We may send promotional information about our products, services, and third-party offers.
- Your personal information will not be shared for marketing without prior notice. Opt-out options are available.
